The LLC ( Limited Liability Company )  is an offshore company
The LLC is  a no resident company in the State of  Delaware in USA, and subject to an annual tax of from USD 65 to USD  200.

This  offshore company can't  trade  with   the States of America , however it keeps the advantages  of a good brand image of an American company

For the set up, a  minimum of 1shareholder is sufficient  ( physical person or corporate body ) . The Registered office of the company is local C/O the registered Agent of  Delaware .
